Servings: 8-10 Biscuits

Tips & Tricks:
If you do not have buttermilk on hand put 2 tbsp of white vinegar in 1 cup of regular milk and let it sit a few minutes to thicken up
Ingredients
2 cups Flour (may need a little extra if too sticky)
1 cup Buttermilk (see tip below)
4 tsp baking powerder. (Aluminum free)
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
5 tbsp softened butter
Preheat oven to 450
Put all dry ingredients together and mix
With a fork cut your butter into your flour mixture
add in your buttermilk
mix until incoroorated but do not over mix, just kneed lightly
butter your cast iron skillet, I use a 10' skillet to cook in
bake 15 minutes or until golden brown
