Banana Pancakes
Ingredients
1 ripe banana
3/4 cup flour
1 scoop collegen
4 eggs
1/4 tsp hymalain salt
Directions
Mash banana in a bowl with a fork
mix in 4 eggs with your bananas
mix in flour & collagen to banana and egg mixture (note if too thick add in a splash of milk)
do not overmix the mixture just until combined
Heat skillet until a pat of butter melts and spoon in pancakes to desired size and cook evenly on both sides (makes about 4-6 pancakes depending on your size)
