Banana Pancakes 

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana

  • 3/4 cup flour

  • 1 scoop collegen

  • 4 eggs

  • 1/4 tsp hymalain salt

Directions

  1. Mash banana in a bowl with a fork

  2. mix in 4 eggs with your bananas

  3. mix in flour & collagen to banana and egg mixture (note if too thick add in a splash of milk)

  4. do not overmix the mixture just until combined

  5. Heat skillet until a pat of butter melts and spoon in pancakes to desired size and cook evenly on both sides (makes about 4-6 pancakes depending on your size)
